In addition to Cafe West, which opened in September 2019, Dining is opening two other locations that accept meal swipes! Harvest Juice Bar, located in the Busch Student Center, and Three Chilies Taco Truck are scheduled to open by the end of January. Three Chilies will travel to a different campus every weekday. Harvest, run by Dining Services in the Division of Student Affairs, is open five days a week and accepts both cash and meal swipes from Rutgers students, faculty, staff, and community members. Harvest rotates its menus weekly and focuses on serving a range of foods inspired by a variety of cultures across the world.Rutgers implies that guest swipes are a part of your meal plan and those 10 swipes are just the limit you can use for guests and not a separate balance. The meal swipes are no different from cable television. ESPN makes (or made...) serious money from people that pay $10/month for ESPN channels but never watch them.
