Rod knocks

2.0 duratec engine knocking noise. I can't seem to identify a noise coming from what sounds like the back of the engine bay. I did a intake manifold flap delete and the noise was still there. Is it with the engine's rpm, or just now and then?.

I was curious to hear some other opinions on some of the noises we heard during the cam break in.
