Slow down. Use a LIGHT touch. Do a tiny tiny bit of work on the plastic at a time. Stop and assess. Rinse and repeat. My first build took me 30 - 40 hours total. Now they take me 10 - 12 hours. I've built a P80 with good results, but I used all Glock factory slide and receiver parts. I did this as a baseline to ensure that parts were "standardized". The only fitting problem I had was the original gen 3 ejector was clipping something in the slide and preventing the slide from moving over the frame.Finished my first build! 19x slide on a strike 80 with a x300, compact peanut butter inspired from /u/p80ralph ….

You have to dremel out half the trigger slide catch to match glock, and file some of the firing pin's catch to work.P80 Build #5 progression photos. This is a PF940 (G19 size / compact).
