I’m in that in-between phase of wanting to be more of a jogger/less of a power walker. I decided to challenge myself and take the Tread 50, and I made it through the whole thing following the template! It was a huge mental boost.The time is 60-minute. Lift 45: This weightlifting class builds strength and muscle tone. The 45-minute class includes squats, deadlifts, and presses. Orange 90: A 90-minute Orangetheory Fitness class. For those who want a tougher workout. Treadmill, rowing, and weight floor time is extended in class.Tread and strength 50 classes are meant to be an accessory not the main event. BUT. Yes. You could certainly enjoy it and benefit from it. Just be aware that they do repeat twice a month and on the same day (so 1st Monday and 3rd Monday for example). Tread 50 Class. Motivate Me! I can mange the tread portion of a 2G and 3G class. I'm older and slower 4.5 base 5.0+ish push and 6.0 AO. Love being able to jog on the OTF cushioned treadmill after years of no running because of my knees.
