Nest heat pump balance

I have a Trane heat pump with aux electric strips in my air handler. I have a 3rd Gen Nest Thermostat. The Heat Pump Balance setting is missing from the app and wall thermostat. Any idea how to get it to show up? I've chatted with Google nest support and they did nothing but give me a 1-833 number to call. Thanks!.

Heat pump balance I believe has more to do with your outside temps and time to heat more than anything. Just to make sure you're aware, if nest is telling the unit to run aux heat it will tell you on the nest that it is using it.
