I see no link to the Unofficial Dawnguard Patch only links to the Unofficial Skyrim Special Edition Patch, Unofficial Skyrim Legendary Edition Patch, and the Unofficial High Resolution Patch.

Atherial staff is probably not worth it. and a sheild is not worth it for a two hander. the quest is not that great to do so its probably fine to give it a miss.
