GoVaHo. So let's go ahead and start off this post with one of my favorite three star attack strategies at town hall 8 the golems, valkyries, hog riders, wizards. This army works every single time if you understand how to place the troops. I promise you because i've done it every single time.I think Valkyries are underrated. While not as powerful as other units, they can still do the job. Since I have not upgraded my barracks to unlock Pekkas yet, I have been taking Valkyries to war and they have not disappointed me. I guess you can call it GoWiVa (basically GoWiPe replacing the Pekkas for Valks). 1.This is a very strong and not-often mentioned attack at TH8 like you said. A golem is 6 less hogs, but can do things the hogs can't - i.e. tank for the kill squad, squash one or more giant bombs. Also if you release your hogs while the golem is still in play, a lot of defenses are targeting him instead of your hogs. 3.
