You need to make sure the parts are true and suspension geometry is correct. This needs to be done by a collision specialist. Your average technician may miss some damage. Sorry for the bad news and good luck. The suspension being damaged is not due to the strut but whatever caused the bent strut. Probably the only time you need a torque wrench that goes above 150 ft-lbs. The spec is 203 ft-lbs. The only reason I have a torque wrench that goes up to 250 ft-lbs!What strut you choose for your car will ultimately depend on you.
