I am trying to set the float level on my Holley 650 (List #4777-2). I loosened the top screw a bit and then turned the nut clockwise a couple turns so that the float level would be below where it should be. Pull the site plugs on the right side of the carb, with the fuel pump on and engine running (keep a rag handy to soak up any fuel) and fuel should trickell out when the car is rocked, if it is to high loosen up the set screw on the needle and seat and using a 5/8" wrench tighten to lower or loosen to raise the float. ….
